Do you take any supplements to help with ovulation?

I’ve heard of anyone-Inosol.. has anyone taken this and had any luck??

I am currently taking Upspring FertIlity+ and  after a year with no natural period and no ovulation I had a period and ovulated after taking this for a month and a half!!

I take a lot of Supplements but not to actually ovulate...I heard soy iso flavones are a hyper ovulation supplement that's acts just like clomid. You take it just like you would with clomid only on cd1-5 or cd3-7 or cd5-9 that's it..
