I feel horrible because I just broke up with my boyfriend who is head over heels in love with me. I stopped having relationship type feelings for him like 4 months ago and he knew that. He kept trying to fix everything but he just ended up breaking his own heart because I’d try to break up with him but he’d beg to stay with him. We were together for 10 months and I just broke up with him over the phone leaving him in tears. I feel so horrible but I had to do it for me. I felt trapped in that relationship. Anyone else was in this situation? Should I feel bad? Please don’t be mean as I’m on the verge of tears
