Influenza type A

Influenza type A has been going around the hospital and I was there alot the last couple weeks visiting my mom. Today I woke up with a headache a sore throat and body aches. I'm worried I got it. My soon is 8 weeks old and idk what to do. I'm his main caretaker. I don't want him to get sick but I have no other choice then to obviously be around him. What do I do
