I have never had regular periods. I’ve always worried about it. Ever since I first started when 12 years old, my cycles have been super long. In 2018 they ranged from 25 days-50 days. Mostly between 35-50.

I started taking Vitex in January, and 4 days later started my period on cycle day 46.

Now in February, I had my first ever 28 day cycle! It seems like such a silly thing to be so excited about, because this is so “normal” for many women.

I hope these regular cycles continue 🙌🏼 We aren’t trying for babies yet, but hopefully in the nearish future.
