I have no alone time or time to relax and have a new baby even when my partner “watches” him I’m there around him.

When my partner watches him all I want to do is have a bath but read that you have to be 6 weeks post partum?

I just want to relax for one day for a half an hour in a bath and I can’t do that 😕.

Do you have to wait 6 weeks after birth ? I had an episiotomy if that’s any help.
