Pregnant 2 weeks after miscarriage?!

I had a MC on 1/25/19 and my hcg levels were at  back at 0 on the 27th. Had very light pink discharge with one wipe today and nothing after. I took a digital test (all I had left) which said “not pregnant” but I broke it open out of curiosity and this is what I saw.. is this a faint line!? I’m buying more tests in the morning but is it even possible to get positive pregnancy test just 2 weeks after  MC? Does anyone else see it?

Digitals always show two lines whether pregnant or not. I've used digitals and cracked open when deffo not pregnant and low and behold there were 2 very strong lines. Honestly don't open digitals! I know after a MC how much you want it to be positive but trust the tests especially if they say not pregnant X

Digitals are not to be broke open those lines are not to be read by eye and they have 2 lines pregnant or not. Go by what the test has told you

I would say two weeks after it’s more likely you are ovulating. I did two weeks after mine and then a couple of weeks later tested positive. Digitals always have two lines, don’t open them :)

I had one and they told me it can take over a month to not get a positive pregnancy test because your hormone levels are still high
