Finally a positive Opk on CD 19

I finally got my positive opk on CD19 today. But that means I should ovulate roughly tomorrow on CD20 or the day after on CD21. I normally have a 30-31 day cycle. Is my luteal phase too short? Because that makes it between 9-11 days long and I know it's supposed to be between 12-16. Any advice?
