Cramping in waves ... 19 weeks

For about an hour I’ve been cramping in waves.. I noticed I’ve got gas and haven’t had a ton of water today.. but this pain feels like mild period cramping. Cramps last for about 30s-1m and then pause for about a min or two.. It’s pretty uncomfortable.

I’ve just been trying to lay down and relax, drink some water and try to use the restroom...

No sign of blood. But could this be really bad? Should I go to the ER if it keeps going on??
