How do i help it
I had my first prenatal exam today 10weeks 1day. And my ob very nicely told me that I need to try to not gain much more weight as I already have gained 5lbs. I haven't eaten any different pregnant and I'm gaining. :( I feel like I'm gonna be a whale.
