Help tacky wedding idea.

7 years ago I celebrated my first Valentine's day with my partner. He gave me a ring pop I was 13. I still have it to this day. We are getting married the day after Valentine's day Feb 15th. Would it be to tacky for me to say a little speech at our small reception and give him a new ringpop?

Not at all. My husband proposed to me with a ringpop the morning we got married last year because it's been a longtime running joke for us. I think it's great.
