I just had my daughter 2 days ago. I had hemroids prior to giving birth but they weren't painful at all. I had a quick vaginal birth and pushed her out in a push and a half! When I went to clean myself in the shower I noticed that they have swelled to the size of New York city and are very painful! I'm petrified to poop! It even hurts to pass gas at times! This is my fourth child and first time this has happened. Im mortified. Please tell me it will get better!
