At 4 weeks I had cramping. Doctor checked blood work and hcg level was at 96. Went back at 8 weeks just yesterday for my first appointment and ultrasound and there was no gestational sac. I was then sent to the hospital to confirm no sac, no heart beat. My hcg levels are now 4146. Miscarriage vs ectopic pregnancy! I can’t stop crying and am worried about my Fallopian tubes bursting while I am in limbo. My Hcg levels seem low both times blood was drawn. Now I have to go back 48 hours to get another blood test to see what to do next. Anyone gone through this??? I have a lot of unanswered questions.
