I have a new issue. The in-app camera is messing with my OPKs when I try to upload them... Literally any pink on the stick is white through the lense. It's not a flash/reflection issue, because the black line and arrows on the stick show up fine. Understandably this makes it difficult to upload my OPKs, and I don't think it's great that I've had to spend at least the three-minute waiting time to take a picture of an OPK in a room filled with natural light. (Four windows that reach the high, vaulted ceiling... If that's not good enough lighting, NOTHING is.)

Since I paid a good deal for this app over a month ago now and have, as of yet, received NO official response about any of the bugs and issues I've been experiencing, I think I'm going to start actively marketing against Glow. $45 is a lot of money when half the listed-upgrades don't work and customer service doesn't exist. Add in the fact that Glow hasn't responded whether or not paid users will see ads (or just free users), I'm starting to feel very ripped off and want to make sure my friends and family don't get ripped off by Glow, too.
