Cramping on the 5th week?

Sometimes I feel cramps, its mainly mild but time to time it is significantly stronger.
Do you think it is a problem or its normal this time?
Im really afraid of that something bad will hapoen to my baby :(

I had mild cramping for weeks with my first and second. Started from around 5 weeks through the first trimester and was my only symptom for a while. It’s how I was sure I was pregnant again. It’s quite common just as long as there isn’t bleeding with it. You can always get reassurance from your provider too if you’re worried.

@B I am having the same period like cramps right now but it’s on and off and not everyday and I am 5w4d right now. Just need some motivation, did everything went well with you after that ?

I am new to all this and am not even 5 weeks along myself, but I’ve read a few things on this, and it sounds like some mild cramping is to be expected. Your uterus is expanding and getting ready to carry your baby. If the cramps are more painful or severe it could be a sign of something else, but it would likely be accompanied by bleeding and such.
