Anyone else period only last 2-3 days?
Okay so I don’t know if this is normal but my periods only last 3 days max.
Day 1 and 2 are heavy
But the following night after day 2 I don’t bleed during the night. If I do it’s very little
Day 3 is random gushes
Day 4 is spotting
I use to have quite heavy periods (heavy flow and would last 7 days) and then in the last 4 years they’ve decreased
Is this abnormal?
