Stressed about this!

So today is my first day of the pricking for probably the next 6 months. Ugh. I'm so lost. Okay, do I do a fasting test every morning? Then I know I test 2hrs after every meal. I ate a chicken salad from taco bell because I've been out all day and haven't been home. Earlier today I didn't get to eat breakfast at a good time so I settled for a small chili and small fry from wendys, which sent me to 129. Now I'm anxious to see how high the taco bell sent me. And for dinner here in a bit, I'm going to do boiled eggs and a slice of buttered sugar free toast. Does that sound okay? I have no clue what I'm doing and we literally have no good choices to eat in the house right now. I'm going to get my fitness pal back up and running to help me track that way. I need to know how many carbs total should I have? It says on my paper 15g each meal and no more than 3-4 servings a day. And of course very very limited sugar. So I'm just new altogether to this and I'm stressing bad. Lol
