Preseed with One fallopian tube success story anyone???

I had a ectopic pregnancy n lost right tube and going to try preseed this cycle bin trying for 3 months. Iv bin reading about preseed but doesnt see any success story with preseed for ladies with one tube. Please drop yall success story 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

It was Xmas morning 2017 and since then still no luck...been “sure” it will just never happen again as it took my partner and I over a year of ttc to randomly get a positive test and become pregnant...I had mirena after my son (7yrs old) for maybe 3 years until it one day just came out of me as I was walking into my house there was no pain or pulling or blood...I wanted it out anyway so I left it be and a month or two later my boyfriend and I met and shortly after began trying for a baby but it just wasn’t happening.... so here we are just a month or so passed the year mark of the ruptured tube and loss of pregnancy and have not been able to make anything happen so I bought conceive plus a few nights ago and am eager to try it but can’t find many reviews as far as success stories and I didn’t get the application filled type box so I was wondering if anyone has ever used like a clean tampon applicator to insert the lube closer to the cervix.... I’ll be glad to share all the stuff and progress or not so great findings since we are in such similar situations....? Much love and luck to you- and I second you with requesting all you ladies’ info and experience with using conceive plus and also a big plus if you’ve lost a tube or had an ectopic loss and are ttc again... thank you!!!
