When does your LO go to sleep?

My baby is a night owl she will not fall asleep until 11ish

7pm, so not sure which to vote for. Depends on her last nap, but nearly always falls asleep within 10min on either side of 7pm (6:50-7:10).

About 7:20. She’s quite particular and needs to go to bed at 7:20, like clockwork. Works for us! Gives us about an hour and a half of adult time before bed.

Both kids are usually in bed by 7:15. 22 months and 7 months. It’s a bedtime that works for both and gets us some grown up time every day

Anywhere from 8 until 10 🤷‍♀️. He’s a night man and likes to sleep in lol. He sleeps till 9:30-10. He also only has one nap during the day and is super busy 😂. And all over so it depends what we did that day. We don’t have a routine he sleeps great and sleeps worse with a routine

Anytime from 730-930 (or tonight 1030 lol). If he's really tired we will let him take a nap after 6pm instead of putting him to bed early. Even when he goes to bed by 9, he's still up before 7am.

Used to be right around 7pm, now it’s between 7:30 and 8 since we stretched her wake times trying to gear her up for two naps. But once we make the leap to two naps we will most likely have to do an early bedtime between 6 and 7 till she can hang with the longer wake time before bed
