Needing some advice.

HI. I found out I was pregnant on the 4th of February. Today was the day AF was to arrive and she did. picture in comments of what it looks like....🤦🏻‍♀️ so, I’m VERY confused. I took like 6 tests and all came back positive....so....why am I having slight cramping and bleeding? I am 4 weeks today. Does anyone have any advice on this? Similar situations?
