Is this constipation?

So my almost one year old it’s been pooping once a week or sometimes he goes 7-9 days without pooping since he was 4 months old, I’ve took him to the doctor 6 times already because of that and every time they say it’s “normal” because he’s overall a happy baby and not in pain when he poops. I’ve tried giving him prune juice, probiotics, more water but he still poops once a week. I also have to mention that I’ve been having problems with him eating solid food (even purées) but now it’s been almost two weeks that he’s been liking oatmeal, avocados and turkey and some of the gerber food.

So far his poop looked like peanut butter but now this past two weeks it’s been like this.

I’m wondering if it’s normal because he’s eating more solids?

Or he’s constipated?
