I’ve had hard bowel movements lately and I’ve been bleeding, I can just sit on the toilet and it bleeds. Sometimes it’s a lot sometimes it not as much, but the water will turn red if it’s a lot. Do I have a hemorrhoid or what, do I need to go to the er. I’m so worried
