Sensitivity to my dog

I know being pregnant brings along a heightened sense of smell.  I have had my cute little dog for almost three years now and have never noticed her having a smell.  These past two weeks I literally gag whenever she gets too close to me.  I can smell her from across the room.  I know she doesn't really have an odor as I am the only person who can smell her I think it's just being pregnant.  It sucks because I love her to pieces and just want to cuddle with her on the couch! Any one else experiencing this or anyone know any solutions for this?
