Hi everyone. I am curious if everyone got a second ultrasound on a later date to confirm there was no heartbeat or if it was just the one. I went in for my first ultrasound at 8 weeks 4 days and they said the fetus was measuring 8 weeks but they couldn’t find a heartbeat. They told me I was miscarrying and scheduled a D&C a week and a half out in case my body doesn’t do this on its own.

It seemed kind of definitive for the one and only ultrasound but I suppose there is either a heartbeat or not. There isn’t much grey area?
