Halls for sore throat

did some google research and the internet is saying it’s fine and also no. I haven’t asked my doctor yet but I had one a while ago for like 10 seconds just desperate for a little throat relief. I’m 30 weeks now will baby be fine?? pretty sure I’m overthinking lol but I wish I had just waited now because I’m more of safe than sorry type with pregnancy.
