So my doc said to wait for my 1st period to start to TTC again...well I got my period already but as of 2/7 my HCG is 34. She said it’s dropping slowly but surely. Can we start TTC when I stop bleeding or do I wait for my HCG to reach negative?

My midwife said it’s ok to start as soon as you stop bleeding from miscarriage. No need to wait for your first period (although some people like to for piece of mind). 
I’m two weeks post my date of miscarriage, and started “trying” straight away... so will see what happens x

Talk to your doctor. Mine suggested waiting until hcg levels back to 0 as it is possible to ovulate before your levels drop to baseline, and it would be dangerous conceiving prior to that. Best of luck to you.

You may not ovulate when you still have hcg in you. But unless you are on pelvic rest, there is no harm in having sex.
