Hey guys I had increased discharge that went brown then pink / red spotting for about 5days

Just thought it was AF getting ready to come but nothing just the small spotting of blood. I have been using the daily pads just so it doesn’t go in my knickers but even after all day there is hardly anything there.

My period was supposed to start today but nothing just spotting ?

Could this be implantation ? I have also been feeling tired most afternoons and lower back pain ?
