Bbt after erratic sleep
I always take bbt at 6:30ish am. Last night I did not sleep consecutively. I kept being woken up. I was awake at 4:30 am and I’m sure I didn’t go back to sleep till 5am. I temper at usual time and my temp was 98.04 at cd12. Is this accurate?
A 98.04 for me means I’d have Ovulated on cd 11. I never Ovulate till cd 14. ??
