What is the best double stroller for a toddler and a newborn?

My babies will be 20 months apart and I am looking for a good double stroller for them. Preferably one that can carry a car seat or a bassinet or a toddler chair all in one interchangeably.

We have the coty selct double stroller. My friend that have 2 kids highly recommended it to us. Buy it used to save money

We bought the city select. It has all the bells and whistles you could want. Both children sit independently and can be facing either direction ( toward world or facing parent along with having both kids facing each other) it accommodates almost every car seat with the adapters and there’s a glider for when you reach that stage. The stroller is expensive but if you keep an eye out, our Buybuybuy baby was selling the teal black frame stroller on clearance due to a color discontinue. I got a brand spanking new in box city select for 164$.  I want to say the box was tagged like $205 and we were able to use a coupon on top since it was a clearance item. Best deal ever.
