Oops, I took ibuprofen!
I’ve had a headache for the last four days, so I’ve taken ibuprofen each day to help combat it. Today is my first day of high fertility. I just saw that I shouldn’t be taking it at all while I’m trying to conceive/already pregnant. Did I totally screw up this cycle or am I okay since I have only taken it the last few days?
