OPKs and baby dancing

Hey ladies I was just wondering when the best time to have sex is. Is it the day you get a positive opk and the next few days after as well? Is it best to baby dance right before your positive opk and the DAY of the positive opk? Please comment explaining how you got your BFP and when the best days are! TIA
