Info on BD during fertile window

Per my specialist you BD every other day during fertile window because men need time to replenish their sperm. Meaning they don't make sperm everyday, they need time. I'm just now learning this. I thought I'd share with everyone TTC. Good luck ya'll😊🤞💕
