Well if it make you feel any better i am 5 week and i am showing just like you and a lilttle bit cramping too but my doctor said it just your baby taking place in you woumb

Everybody is different , this is my second pregnancy and my first I did not show until 5 months! This time around in 5 weeks and look like I'm caring twins lol .

A lot of that has to do with hormones and progesterone. It causes crazy bloating. The baby isn't big enough to cause a bump yet but boy does the bloat make you feel like you're showing! Be sure to stay hydrated.
