Question

Hey ladies.. so this is my 4th month off the birth control pill, my period has been late every month by like 4ish days.. I had sex on these days and my period is currently 2 days late. I always get sore nipples around ovulation but never before my period and I have sore nipples now.. I had cramping all month with no bleeding. Just wondering if I should test or if it’s probably just the birth control. Thank you :)
