Does anyone else have this or could I be pregnant?

So my husband and I have been trying for a baby for a while now. On Jan 8th I have a Chemical pregnancy or it could of been a miscarriage,I don’t know the differences. Well after I stopped bleeding we went straight to trying again and I was taking ovulation test to see when I ovulate and that was on the 23rd and the 24th “not the 21st” well feb 4th came and I got light spotting at night then became red in the morning. it looked like a normal period but last a day and a half. From the 7th and now it’s been brown with light cramps. But before my period started I was have pregnancy symptoms and still do. Could this be a weird period or could it be pregnancy related?!?
