Maca root? Fertility smoothie

Has anyone used maca root to help conceive ?  Or any good smoothies you think helped conceive

I’m taking maca tablets right now TTC for over 2yrs my mother in law told me those will help me so I’m hoping they do

I took maca powder after ttc for 3 yrs and got pregnant the first month. Haven’t tried it since ttc baby #2 yet.  It tastes like butterscotch but be careful with the amount you take. I believe you start with 1 or half a tsp.
