Help Lol 18 year old in need of advice

Hi guys,

tmi but anytime I pee I see a bunch of white specs in my pee and it has been this way since like December. I'm too scared to see a doctor or tell my mom bcus idk.... anyone know what the hell is going on down there or knows a doc who knows.... and also I have veryyy irregular periods like I only got my period till September last year then i finally got late January, this year. I actually thought I was pregnant.. never took the test tho....
