How do u reheat breast milk?

Hello ladies, this is baby #2 but first time breastfeeding. I've been pumping milk and I'm curious about how I can reheat frozen breast milk? Do I put it in the refrigerator and wait for it to thaw out? Or can I put it in hot water? Thanks!

You can do either or! And use it within 4-6hrs after its been warmed up. Taste test it if you have too! :)

Put the bad in warm water. We used Togo coffee cups because the water stays warm in them
