Normal or something to be worried about?

So first off both my boyfriend lost both of our virginities to each other and only I was sexually active with one other guy beforehand.

But it’s been a year now and still almost every time we’ve had sex I’ve bled. Amount of blood and the longevity of bleeding has varied from just a bit afterwards to a lot. I do have the Kyleena IUD so im not sure if that has anything to do with it. And it’s also why I’m fairly sure it’s not my period as I rarely get my period. It’s been giving me anxiety a lot and for a moment I thought maybe it’s just my hymen either not being completely stretched or it healed? Which the ladder seems super unlikely. It’s just at this point of a year of doing this I thought I’d get some people’s opinions
