I make ginger tea with fresh ginger root. I peel and thinly slice the ginger, boil it in water with a cinnamon stick. Then put it in my cup with honey. So good!

Only Canada Dry though because my mom always said that’s the only ginger ale made with real ginger 🤷🏼‍♀️
