Ways to help dilate??

Question

4cm, 80 effaced and I've tried jumping jacks, squats, having sex and had contractions but weren't strong enough to make me dilate more..  Tips?? 
39 wks &1 day with my baby girl. 
had my son at exactly 39 wks and 1 day.

Do all the things listed, and try adding red raspberry leaf tea (Traditional Medicinals makes some that I found at Target). It is shown to help tone and strengthen the uterine muscles. So the contractions you do have will likely be more effective!

Dancing around for a solid 30 minutes, like REALLY dancing around and bouncing on the birthing ball put me into labor.
