UTIs it’s getting a lil too painful

I’ve been trying to get rid of it by drinking cranberry juice. And I don’t have any antibiotics it’s starting to hurt soo much more now and I’m too scared to tell my mom about the whole thing. Any advice of some antibiotics that I can just get??
