Period and Work

My boss doesn’t agree it’s okay to go to the bathroom whilst at work and also doesn’t agree it’s “okay” for women to have a period, when needing to go to the bathroom he has to be always there when getting “supplies” out of my bag leading to a lecture about how it’s not okay to have a period at work...

Any suggestions???
