Pregnancy Question

How long does it take after miscarriage for symptoms to disappear? I don't have any but bf does he's still sleeping a lot and so forth. Now I got a blood pregnancy test 1/19/19. Miscarried 1/31/19. I could've been anywhere from 2-4 weeks because we started unprotected sex on 12-27-18. I can't say when I conceived because we had unprotected sex every weekend since after Christmas. I know bleeding means miscarriage that's why I went to the hospital in the first place on 1/31/19 but I still feel pregnant. When does that stop but I'm also kinda worried bc some posts say could be twins and some saying a baby can't be seen that early. I've had what seems to be a regular period lasted my normal time like 9 days. Help I don't know what to do.
