Vitex ttc
Hello, I have been taking vitex for about three weeks, and I have had spotting for about a week. It's not heavy, and it's mostly noticeable when I wipe. It looks like pre period spotting however my period hasn't arrived yet. My cycles are really irregular so I went on the vitex to help me regulate. Any input, past experiences, or advice is welcomed. Thanks
