My husband is an ex boyfriend of mine. We broke up because he was stationed in Japan and I was stateside. We broke up 7 years ago, he married someone else, I dated other people. Two years ago, he left the military and got a divorce. A little over a year ago, we got back together. I've always believed that you need to remember the reasons why you broke up in the first place and if those reasons are still valid, you shouldn't get back together. My husband and I's issues were no longer valid, so we got back together, and in the 6 years we were broken up, we didn't talk much. We let each other heal, we both wanted the other one to be happy, turns out we're happier together than apart. We're the exception though, not the rule.

Yes they do... I've dated about 15 guys and every single one of them has come back and asked to get back together... I always say no, because if they are an "ex" it's for a reason... I know this is gross but getting back together with an ex it's like trying to eat again the food you just threw up.... Look at it that way everything an ex tries to come back

Crawling back on his hands and knees crying! I didn't care it was wrap and when he realized that I tried to kill me in front of our 2 kids! So yeah needless to say I didn't take him back lol
