Is bad to announce early!??

I know everyone says it’s better to wait to tell people ur pregnant but I just couldn’t wait and tell a lot of people and it’s really early isbthat a bad thing I know I should of waited but

I told people I knew I would need support from if I miscarried. Everyone else got to know around fourteen weeks. Do what works for you

It’s totally up to you! I had spoken with several close friends and family about our fertility issues, seeking advice and needing a listening ear. So it felt natural to at least tell those that have been there for me during this process. Because no matter what happens, I’d likely still share with them if something bad happens l. That’s the part you need to consider...will you be ok with having to tell those people if something goes wrong. If you’re good with it, tell away! Congratulations! 🎉

It’s entirely personal preference. We didn’t announce and luckily we didn’t as it was a complete molar pregnancy and I couldn’t have coped with being asked. I don’t think I will announce on social media pregnancy in the future either only to friends and family, I don’t feel it’s anybody else’s business 🤷🏻‍♀️

Because chances of miscarriage are higher before 12 weeks you just need to ask yourself “if something were to happen with this pregnancy, who would I rather have as a support system?”
I had a colleague that told everyone at the office too early. She miscarried, and then had to tell everyone her bad news. Some people she missed and they would touch her belly and say “how’s baby” and it broke my heart to watch her say “no baby there anymore.”
The reason you don’t really tell people is because you don’t want to keep repeating the bad news if it does happen. 
I told my immediate family and 2 close friends. They were my support system, but so far haven’t needed them.

I’m gonna announce on social media when I am 14 wks. Just because I have had 3 miscarriages before.. and don’t want to risk posting early and then something happen...

Honestly after two previous miscarriages I was so scared to tell anyone but I did really early (closest people) at around 5 weeks. I’m now 7 weeks and seen a heartbeat on the scan yesterday which means a risk of mc is below 10%. I really want to tell everyone else but just trying to make it through to about 10 weeks til I do. You know whats right for you. I hate this whole “you need to wait til 12 weeks”. If you want to announce then announce, either way it’s a beautiful thing to be going through and sometimes we just want people to know

I thought i was going to wait till 12 weeks but by 4 weeks my sister knew, by 8 weeks my entire family and in-laws knew, i couldnt hold it in, im here now at 20 weeks

It isn’t “bad”, it’s honestly just how comfortable you are telling people. They usually only say to wait because the chance of a miscarriage before 12 weeks is a little higher then after 12 weeks. This is baby number one for me and my hubby and we haven’t told anyone yet! It’s more of a preference thing! One reason I am waiting is because I would love to tell my family with a personal gift and my 12 week ultrasound picture to go with it!! It’s hard to keep it from people lol!!

I never thought I would want to wait to tell people until I miscarried my first pregnancy. I'm glad I had told a few people because it was nice to have some friends to lean on but I'm really glad I didn't make a big announcement. This pregnancy I told friends and family at 12 weeks then made a social media announcement at 16 weeks
