So a little background, I haven't had a period since June last year (2018), I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS but I'm pretty sure I have it. With my research of trying to get my hormones back in wack I came across a bunch of vitex success stories and my god... I started it December 31st and got my period for the first time in months on January 12th! I have been following glows calender as far as when I ovulate and have been taking opks since I entered my fertile window, and they all have been negative until Jan 30th 😍 needless to say hubby and I BD so hopefully it could happen soon. Maybe in the next few months 🤞🏽 My period is due in 3 days and I'm having all the symptoms of it so even if we didn't conceive last cycle I'm just happy to be having consecutive periods 😊

AF came yesterday! My second period this year, I know can say if you have an irregular cycle vitex may work for you. (Remember all of our bodies are different.)
