Symptoms ... not trying to symptom spot. How soon does the peeing more happen?

I got up 4x last night to pee and I’ve never done that. Is that an early sign of pregnancy? 
I have sore nipples but I don’t have lower stomach cramps ... 
I’m one day late but my tests are negative. 
Has this ever happened to any of y’all

The needing to pee came after I got my bfp and I got my bfp at 11dpo. Lightly sore nipples stopped around 7dpo. I really didn’t have any symptoms before I got pregnant. Honestly im pregnant now and I don’t have any symptoms.

I started having to pee more a few days before my af was due. Got cramping and sore boobs at 8-9 dpo.
