It’s about some type of red leaf tea i think or raspberry tea? I heard it’s good to start drinking it. I’m 29 weeks and having a natural birth anything to help my birthing process I’ll try lol.

Yes rasberrry leaf tea you can get it at Walmart tho I wouldn’t reccomend it till your 37 weeks because it actually gave me contractions
