5 week 2 days spotting

Went to the ER yesterday because after intercourse I saw bright red blood that covered the tissue after I wiped. Hcg levels are tripling every 48 hours. I have the intense cramps on both sides, back hurt, and I'm being treated for a UTI. Ultrasound showed a gestational sac and a yolk sac. I've been put on pelvic rest. Still cramping today and this is what I saw the last two times I went to the restroom. Should I be worried?
